Reduce Reuse Recycle!

What happens with inner tubes after they got a hole???

I love everything about upcycling. It's a great way espress creative ideas and to pay tribute to our planet by reducing our waste.

I'm from Germany but I'm living in Bergamo (Italy) and collect bicycle inner tubes and coffee plastic bags from local workshops and bars.

Both materials become upcycled craft like: wallets, bags, varoius cases, belts, tobacco bags and much more. Sometimes you can find me on several local craftwork markets in Bergamo.

Can we continue to consume like we do day in day out without having a deep impact to the balance of our planet?

I think no - we just have to change our habits a little bit for making things better for our planet.

It's about conscious consuming in a sustainable way. There is too much plastic everywhere: in our water, in our ocean, in our fishes, just everywhere. We are eating, swallowing or breathing in about 2,000 tiny pieces of plastic each week. most coming from drinking water. That's equal to the weight of one credit card

"Do I really need this straw?", "Should I repair the hole of my sweater instead of buying a new one?", "Could I reduce my plastic use, by using a steel water bottle?", "Should I use the bicycle instead the car?"

                                              - "Of course! Let's think sustainable."

Be creative - reuse materials!
